CNC Machining

Our Stafford, Virginia shop is set up to offer computer numerical control (CNC) machining on a state-of-the-art CNC wheel lathe. This device cuts a fine layer of aluminum from the entire face of the rim with exact precision. The process produces a new finish that is equal to or better than original factory finishes.

The lathe is also specifically designed for wheels with machined finishes. These particular wheels have a bright finish that closely resembles polished aluminum. However, upon closer inspection, machined rims have tiny machine lines cut into them.
